Description
Our oil is a Sicilian IGP with these characteristics: medium intensity green fruity, enriched with pleasant vegetal notes of green tomato, olive leaf, artichoke, aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate the bitter and spicy tones are of medium intensity and balanced with each other and are softened by hints of green almond.
